(a.) Candidates at least 50 % marks either in the Bachelor’s degree and/or in the Master’s degree in Science/ Social Sc./Humanity, Bachelor’s in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Science and Mathematics with 55 % Marks or any other qualification equivalent thereto , are eligible for admission to the program.
(b.) The reservation and relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PWD and other categories shall be as per the rules of the Central Government/ State Government, Whichever is applicable. 50% of intake seats are reserved for the students of Muslim Community and other reservation as per Govt. policy. In case of unavailability of minority quota candidates vacant seats will be treated as general.
This is also to note that it is not sufficient for a candidate to have appeared in the degree examination or awaiting result. He / She must already be in possession of the degree & the Mark sheet. The candidates pursuing some other courses simultaneously with the B.Ed. course are not eligible. Admission will be granted on the basis of entrance-test (objective G.K & G.S) comprising of a written test, personal interview of the successful candidates and group discussion. Selection made for admission, in no case will be treated challengeable.
(a.) B.Ed. programme shall be of duration of Students must be prepared to attend classes from 10:00 AM to 04:00 PM and 80 % attendance will be must to fill up Final year Examination form.
(b.) D.EL.Ed. shall be of duration of Students must be prepared to attend classes from 10:00 AM to 04:00 PM and 80 % attendance will be must to fill up Final year Examination form.
(c.) MEDIUM OF INSTRUCTION
A suitable combination of English and Hindi will be used as a medium of instruction. In examination any script can be used except in language subject. Thus the medium of instruction and examination for English method will be English, Hindi method, Hindi and Urdu method, Urdu.
(i) Application for admission should be made in the prescribed Form which may be made available from the college office counter on cash payment of Rs. 300/-(Three hundred only).
(ii) Application received on or before the closing date only will be entertained but after the closing date it will be rejected out rightly. The same will be the fate of the incomplete applications too.
(a) Matric/lCSE/CBSE/Mark sheet & Certificate.
(b) Intermediate or +2 Mark sheet.
(c) Mark sheet of Graduation.
(d) Post Graduation.
(e) Caste certificate in support of belonging to a scheduled caste / scheduled Tribes / Other Backward class from a competent authority.
(d) Original CLC/DLC at the time of admission.
Admission of any candidate will be provisional and may be cancelled if any discrepancy will be found or the candidate shall fail to comply with the rules, regulations and other conditions as laid down by the college. 75% of lectures are essential to be attended; otherwise such candidates who do not fulfill the required percentage will be debarred from appearing at the final B.Ed. Examination.
This condition will stand for those candidates also who do not show satisfactory progress in their studies besides good character in and outside the college. The student's name is Liable to be dropped from the rolls, if he/she is continually absent for more than two weeks without having prior permission. The re-admission fee will be charged if re-admission is allowed.
In case, a candidate fails to report on due date and produce the required documents, fee etc. his/her claim for admission will not stand any further. In such case vacant seats will be allotted to others in order of merit.
Rules and Regulations are to be followed quite strictly. The college, however, reserves the right to refuse admission of any candidate without assigning any reason. All candidates admitted to this college, shall have to sign a form of bond containing the code of conduct to be furnished by the office. Any violation of code of conduct will justify the expulsion from college.
(a) At the time of admission selected students are required to pay the total fee including other charges of Rs. 1,50,000 (One Lac Fifty Thousand) only at a time for full course of two years of B.Ed. The amount paid shall not be refundable.
(b) The above charge is to be paid by cash or D.D. in favor of MAA KAMLA CHANDRIKA JEE TEACHER’S TRAINING COLLEGE payable at Patna.
(c) University Examination Fee and other charges will be paid by the students when required.
(d) Authority will have the right to revise admission procedure, fees and other charges and other allied matters at any time without any prior notice.
